As Broker, this firm was established on the belief that Service and Accountability are major dispositions one must offer in this business. In addition As a REALTOR, our entire staff and agents have also pledged and agreed to follow a set of ethics guidelines aimed at ensuring the integrity of the agent and protecting clients and consumers. Since the unique term REALTOR® was first coined in 1915, the public has come to recognize those who use the MARKS as members of NAR and, as such, providers of real estate-related services consistent with a strict Code of Ethics and the highest standards of professionalism. With our continued desire to offer the public in which we serve a quality experience, we have also received an A+ Rating from The Better Business Bureau. We love what we do.
All agents are continually updated on new practices and programs to ensure the primary goal of offering the quality care that our clients deserve. Yes, we know that you can choose anyone to sell your house or help you with buying investment properties or your first home-yet our hope is that you understand the value of having an experienced professional on your team is far more important. Knowing what to do -is one thing but knowing when to do it- comes only with experience and training, and skill.
We're small enough to give you one-on-one personal care and large enough to expose you to every opportunity to reach your goal with ease.
My story so far...
As a native of Pikesville, a county a few miles from the heart of Baltimore City- I grew up as a child and often reflect on those good ole days. I attended great Schools- throughout Baltimore City and received my High School Diploma. After graduating High School I immediately went to college - where I enrolled at Morgan State University. During the beginning of my sophomore semester, my mother lost her fight against Breast Cancer. I was devastated by her passing, so much so that I could not continue my studies and dropped out of school. If not for some great friends and family support I would have lost my drive and given up on my future.
Before my Mom's passing, she constantly reminded my sister and me to never quit, work hard and fight for others if we must. Once I regained my wits and sanity (grieving the loss of my beloved mother) - I began to rise. and remember my mother's mantra. I decided to accept the calling of my faith. I decided to settle down and have a family. With God's help, I decided to get my real estate license. Within three years as a Salesperson at Centruty 21 Home Specialists, I maintained Top-Producer status and received multiple awards and accolades. I then poised myself towards opening my brokerage and within 18 months I did. The Real Estate Store of Maryland was duly established and ready to serve the consumer. Many more years had passed by - yet, but with God's Grace, I was able to return to college and get my college degree at 54 years old graduating with the distinction of honor / Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore.
I have always had a passion for the law and legal matters; in due time I will Graduate from UB LawI School, become a member of the Maryland Bar Association, and open my legal practice in Real Estate as I maintain the thriving brokerage; The Real Estate Store of Maryland, LLC.
I've learned that time is a marvelous thing- One must dare not assume you'll always have enough of it. All "time" deserves a sense of urgency. It seems to be one of those things that there is not much of.
